Born in Upstate New York, Poet and video artist Adam Tedesco is a founding editor of REALITY BEACH, a journal of new poetics. His work has been screened at MoMA PS1, &Now: A Festival of Innovative Writing, No Nation Gallery, New Hampshire Poetry Festival, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Conduit, Fence, jubilat, Laurel Review, and elsewhere. He is the author of several chapbooks, most recently Misrule (Ursus Americanus, 2019). His first full-length poetry collection, Mary Oliver, was recently published by Lithic Press.
Shira Dentz is the author of five books and two chapbooks, most recently the sun a blazing zero (Lavender Ink/Diálogos, 2019), how do i net thee (Salmon Poetry, 2018), and door of thin skins (CavanKerry, 2013). Her poetry, prose, and visual writing appear in many venues including Poetry, American Poetry Review, Iowa Review, New American Writing, Academy of American Poets' Poem-a-Day series, Poetry Daily, Verse Daily, and National Public Radio, and interviews with her about her writing appear in magazines including Rain Taxi, The Rumpus, and Ploughshares. She is the recipient of awards including an Academy of American Poets’ Prize, Poetry Society of America’s Lyric Poem Award, and Poetry Society of America's Cecil Hemley Memorial Award. A graduate of Iowa Writers' Workshop, she holds a PhD from the University of Utah, and currently is Special Features Editor at Tarpaulin Sky and lives and teaches in upstate New York.
